Sound healing with Paige

Join Paige, singer, certified reiki and sound therapist. Paige has been studying sound and energy healing for the past 3 years and highly recommends all the benefits and how it heals you on a cellular level.

What makes this session unique is that whilst playing the crystal bowls Paige also sings her voice is stunning which makes for a truly beautiful and relaxing experience. Paige also uses other musical tools during the class for a total sound journey.

Paige holds a safe, calm and mystical space to guide you on your own healing journey.
