Support for Teenagers During Exam Season

Transformational Breathwork is a powerful practice that can help you release stress, negative emotions, and achieve a deep sense of peace and connection. Similar to Rebirthing or Circular, Connected Breathwork, this technique can shift your
state of consciousness, leaving you feeling
euphoric and renewed.

Each session begins with relaxation—light stretching, grounding exercises, and mindfulness practices to connect with your body and mind. You’ll then experience 30 minutes of transformative breathing, guided by an energetic soundtrack. Afterward, you’ll have time to rest and process any emotions or insights before finishing with Yoga Nidra and deep relaxation.

This is an opportunity to explore and release trapped emotions, creating space for peace
and a more positive outlook on the future.

Sessions are available for individuals, groups,
or couples, in person..

I work with people who are looking to either introduce, develop or learn new practises such as yoga, breathing techniques and mindfulness into their life.

Working together to encourage growth and development physically, mentally and spiritually to get the
most from life and encourage a greater
sense of wellbeing.

These classes can be done in the comfort of your own home, a preferred location, for both private
or corporate clients.

Individual and Group in person and online classes

I offer specialised one-to-one sessions for teenagers to help manage stress, anxiety, and pressure during exam periods, such as mocks, GCSEs, or A-levels. These sessions are designed to provide practical tools that students can use to stay calm, focused, and confident throughout their exams.

In each session, I incorporate breathing techniques, mindfulness practices, and effective coping strategies to help students navigate moments of feeling overwhelmed. Positive affirmations are also used to boost self-confidence, while guided relaxation practices provide valuable time to release tension and recharge.

Sessions can be held at home or at a location that suits them, ensuring a calm, comfortable, and supportive environment when it's needed most. These tailored sessions help teenagers not only manage stress during exams but also build lasting resilience and self-awareness.
